It can sometimes feel daunting to see that tomato harvest come to fruition. Each year I spend a few days staring at those boxes full of tomatoes and wondering what I got myself into.
I'll plant fewer tomatoes next year... I say.
I'm going to be resourceful and find a way to use them all... I say.
They are so beautiful... I can't help myself but hoard them a little bit🥹
I posted a few ideas to inspire you below and would love to hear any suggestions from you as well! I'll be working through some recipes and posting them in the recipe section 😊
No cooking or prep required options
Pawn them off on friends, neighbors, coworkers, family, or really any person you come across
Donate them to your local food bank. Most donations are non-perishables so many food banks gladly accept (and are very excited about) fresh produce from your garden
